UV resistant jacket and pull box

The polyethylene sheath resists UV exposure and meets CMX requirements for direct burial without conduit. Four colour striped pairs simplify identification during termination, while sequential length markings on the jacket help track remaining cable. A 1000 ft wooden spool feeds cleanly on site and protects the conductors during transport.

Category 5E bandwidth limit

The design supports 350 MHz bandwidth and data rates up to Gigabit Ethernet, Fast Ethernet and 155 Mbps TP-PMD or CDDI. It does not meet Category 6 or higher performance specifications, so installers needing 10 Gigabit Ethernet over copper must select a different cable category.
