Lets one keyboard and mouse control two computers across two 4K 60 Hz monitors with four USB 2.0 ports and .3-second switching
This KVM switch lets one keyboard and mouse manage two computers across two displays. It supports both extended and copy display modes so each screen can show different content or mirror the other. Four USB 2.0 ports share peripherals such as drives, printers or wireless dongles between the connected PCs. The unit draws power from the host computers and needs no external adapter.
Changing the active computer takes roughly .3 seconds whether you use the front button, the wireless remote or the auto-scan function. The switch maintains a stable 3840x2160@60Hz signal on both HDMI outputs during extended desktop use. USB 2.0 peripherals reconnect cleanly after each swap without requiring driver reinstalls. The device does not support high-definition webcams or certain laptop models, so those peripherals must stay directly attached.
Because the switch is unpowered it adds no fan noise and generates negligible heat during normal operation. Power consumption is limited to the small amount drawn from the host HDMI and USB ports for signalling. An LED simply indicates which computer is currently active. The all-solid-state design means there are no moving parts to wear out or create audible distraction.

The unit draws power from the connected computers through its USB 2.0 links and has no fan, so it runs silently and stays cool during continuous use.
Each computer needs two HDMI outputs and at least one free USB 2.0 port for the keyboard and mouse connection.
Yes, the switch supports 3840x2160@60Hz and is downward compatible, so 1080p displays work without any extra setup.
