Holiday Capacity and Purpose

Power and Space Checks

Verify that a standard household outlet can supply the appliance and that the countertop or table can hold a 20-quart unit safely. Allow clearance around the high-domed lid for the self-basting steam cycle to work. The removable enameled pan and lift-out rack are dishwasher-safe, so confirm your dishwasher accommodates them. Preheat for 15 to 20 minutes before use and let the unit cool completely before cleaning.
