Wireless HDMI Kit for 1080p Streaming

The Nyrius NPCS549-HC06-KIT wirelessly transmits uncompressed 1080p video and digital audio from any HDMI source to a TV or projector. It supports 3D content and works with laptops, gaming consoles, media players and A/V receivers. Setup is plug-and-play with no software or Wi-Fi network required.

Line-of-Sight Range and Latency Limits

The system delivers zero-latency transmission for real-time viewing and gaming. Maximum range reaches 30 ft under clear line-of-sight conditions. Signals can pass through walls, ceilings and floors, though obstructions will reduce the effective distance. Each unit provides a single HDMI connection point.

Replaces Long HDMI Cable Runs

This kit removes the need to route lengthy HDMI cables through walls or across rooms. It upgrades installations where running wires is impractical, creates tripping hazards or disrupts room aesthetics. The jump is worth it when the source and display are separated by distances up to 30 ft and a direct cable run is not feasible.

Questions about this item

Should I pick the 1080p 30ft kit or a lower-resolution version?

The kit delivers true 1080p uncompressed video with zero latency, so choose it when you need full HD quality.

How does the 30 ft range hold up when the signal passes through walls?

The 30 ft figure is the line-of-sight maximum; walls, ceilings and floors will reduce the practical distance.

What does the HDMI interface on the transmitter and receiver actually limit?

Each unit has one HDMI port — one input on the transmitter and one output on the receiver — capping you to a single source and a single display.
