RealTek RTL8191se Half Mini PCIe WLAN

This RealTek RTL8191se card adds 802.11 b/g/n wireless networking at 2.4 GHz with a 150M link rate. It fits a half Mini PCIe slot inside a laptop or small-form-factor desktop. The part suits users who need basic Wi-Fi on older hardware that lacks built-in wireless.

Simple half Mini PCIe installation

Insert the card into an available half Mini PCIe socket and secure it with the retaining screw. Attach the antenna cables to the U.FL connectors before closing the chassis. The main issues are missing antenna leads or a BIOS whitelist that blocks unapproved cards. Drivers for the RTL8191se chipset are required for the operating system to recognise the device.
