Oncore Power Systems, Inc. PC6A-06F-GRN-S network ethernet cable Cat 6A 6 ft Green

Green Cat 6A Patch Cable 6 ft

This six-foot green patch cable meets the Cat 6A performance tier for high-speed Ethernet links. It is built as a standard consumer-grade network cord for connecting routers, switches or endpoints. The green jacket makes the run easy to identify in a crowded rack or desk bundle. Oncore Power Systems supplies it as a new, ready-to-use assembly.

Suited for short Cat 6A runs.

Installers who need a short, colour-coded Cat 6A drop for 10 gigabit copper ports will find the length and category match. Buyers who require longer reach, outdoor-rated jackets or fibre-optic media should look at other cable types. The fixed six-foot length limits use to nearby device pairs. No other cable categories or lengths are covered by this item.

Cat 6A rating decides fit for 10 GbE copper

The single specification that determines suitability is the Cat 6A classification, which supports 10 gigabit Ethernet over copper up to the standard channel distance. If the network design calls for a lower category or a different media type, this cable will not meet the requirement. The six-foot length and green colour are secondary to the category rating.
