Purpose-built protection

The Orico PHX-35 is a rigid storage case engineered for 3.5-inch hard drives. It serves archivists, technicians and anyone who transports bare drives between sites and needs a single, labelled container that resists dust and static.

Sustained handling

Thick injection-moulded walls and reinforced internal ribs absorb repeated shock and vibration during transit. A built-in anti-static cushioning mat cradles the drive continuously, while a secure snap lock keeps the lid closed under constant movement.

Upgrade path

This replaces loose anti-static bags or generic plastic boxes that lack structural ribs and labelling. The jump is worth it when drives move frequently, when inventory tracking matters, or when a single drop could destroy irreplaceable data.

Questions about this item

Does the olive-green PHX-35 case generate any noise or heat when a 3.5-inch drive sits inside it all day?

The case is a passive plastic enclosure with no moving parts, so it produces no noise and adds no heat of its own.

What must I already own for the PHX-35 to be useful?

You need a 3.5-inch hard drive to place inside the protective box.

Will the PHX-35 fit alongside older 3.5-inch drives I keep in a drawer?

Yes, the case is sized for standard 3.5-inch drives, so legacy models will fit the same way.
