Blue silicone skin for a 3.5 inch hard drive

ORVIX

ORVIX 3.5-Inch HDD Silicone Skin Blue SI-ACC35022

SKU CH-2HC9-BNCQK

Silicone skin protects 3.5-inch hard drives while keeping connectors accessible

  • Durable silicone protects the drive from bumps and scratches
  • Flexible material stretches over every standard 3.5" hard drive
  • Open design keeps all connectors easy to reach
  • Blue colour makes the drive simple to spot in a busy chassis

Fits 3.5-inch hard drives

A blue silicone skin wraps the full length of any standard 3.5-inch hard drive. The flexible material absorbs minor knocks and vibration during handling. Cut-outs leave every power and data connector fully accessible without removing the cover. Installation takes seconds and requires no tools.

For 3.5-inch drives only

Builders protecting 2.5-inch SSDs or laptop drives need a different size. The cover adds no mounting points, so it cannot secure a drive inside a bay on its own. Buyers wanting a rigid frame or hot-swap tray should look at dedicated mounting hardware instead.

Questions about this item

How can I confirm the silicone skin fits my 3.5-inch drive correctly after installation?

The skin is custom made for standard 3.5-inch hard drives and provides easy access to all connectors, so a snug fit with exposed ports confirms proper installation.

What comes with the SI-ACC35022 and do I need to buy anything else?

The package includes the blue silicone skin only; the 3.5-inch hard drive itself is not included and must be purchased separately.
