Custom Loaded Adapter Panel

This 24 port LC singlemode UPC fiber adapter panel fits CCH type enclosures. It provides a dense patching interface for singlemode fibre infrastructure. The sturdy metal panel is assembled in the USA for reliable long-term performance in rack environments.

24 Port Fiber LC SM UPC

The panel upgrades an empty or lower-density CCH enclosure to 24 LC connections in a single rack unit. The jump is worth it when existing patch fields are full and additional singlemode circuits must be terminated without adding another enclosure. It replaces blank panels or lower-count adapter plates to reclaim rack space.

Fits CCH Type Enclosures

Installation requires a compatible CCH enclosure or rack drawer that accepts this panel form factor. No special tools are needed beyond standard panel mounting hardware supplied with the enclosure. The panel frees up adjacent rack units by consolidating 24 LC ports into one fixed position.

Questions about this item

Will the 24-port LC singlemode panel fit my CCH-type rack enclosure?

The panel is built to mount directly into CCH-type enclosures using the standard cut-out dimensions for that series.

What is the installation step people most often miss?

Seat every LC adapter fully until the latch clicks, then torque the panel screws evenly so the faceplate sits flush with the enclosure rails.

When should I plan to clean or replace the LC singlemode adapters?

Inspect end-faces with a microscope at each re-termination; replace any adapter that shows permanent contamination or insertion-loss drift beyond your link budget.
