Load-Reduced ECC architecture prevents mixing

The module uses 4Rx4 Load-Reduced ECC technology that is electrically incompatible with standard unbuffered or registered ECC DIMMs. Systems must support LRDIMM topology; desktop and consumer workstation boards cannot use this memory.

Operates at 1.2 V with JEDEC-standard thermal
