Plays MP3 files from USB 2.0 flash drives up to 8 GB through a car’s 3.5 mm AUX-IN port with built-in MP3 decoding
The Oxsubor AUX TO USB adapter is built solely for vehicles equipped with a 3.5 mm AUX-in port that can decode MP3 files. It lets drivers play MP3 tracks from a USB 2.0 flash drive through the factory stereo without using a phone or auxiliary cable. The device does not function with headsets, speakers, phones, computers or any other audio source.
The adapter draws power from the car’s USB port and adds no active amplification, so it introduces no audible noise or extra thermal load. Current draw stays within normal USB 2.0 limits and does not strain the vehicle’s electrical system during playback.
A 3.93 m white cable routes from the 3.5 mm male plug to a USB 2.0 type-A female socket, reaching from dash-mounted ports to convenient storage areas. Only USB 2.0 drives up to 8 GB formatted with MP3 files are supported; USB 3.0 drives, folders, videos or other formats will not be recognised. The 9 g unit plugs directly into the AUX port with no additional mounting hardware required.

Plug the 3.5mm male jack into the car AUX-IN port, insert a USB 2.0 flash drive under 8GB with MP3 files only, then verify the stereo actually decodes MP3 through that port — passive AUX inputs will not work.
The 3.5mm plug and USB 2.0 socket can wear from repeated insertion; if the car stereo stops reading the drive, try a different USB 2.0 stick under 8GB before assuming the cable has failed.
The car stereo’s MP3 decoder typically hits its file-count or filesystem limit before the adapter itself, so keep the USB 2.0 drive under 8GB with flat MP3 files and no folders.
