Built for field work

The Panasonic Toughbook FZ-55 is a 14.0 inch rugged notebook running Windows 11 Pro. It targets mobile professionals who need a durable device for outdoor or industrial environments. The anti-glare IPS display supports a day and night viewing mode for changing light conditions.

16 GB DDR4 memory ceiling

This unit ships with 16 GB of DDR4 3200 MHz RAM soldered or configured at the factory. The specification decides whether the laptop can keep multiple business applications open without swapping. Buyers who need 32 GB or more for heavy virtualisation should look elsewhere.

256 GB NVMe storage baseline

The 256 GB PCIe NVMe M.2 drive holds the operating system, core productivity suites and a moderate local file cache. It fills quickly with large media libraries, CAD datasets or offline maps. Users planning extensive local archives will need external or cloud capacity.
