19" rack grounding bar

The Panduit RGRB19Y grounding busbar kit provides a common grounding point for equipment mounted in standard 19-inch server racks. It is intended for installers and data-centre technicians who need to bond rack-mounted devices to a verified earth reference.

Compatibility checks

Verify that the rack follows EIA-310 spacing so the bar aligns with the mounting holes. Confirm the enclosure material and finish allow reliable electrical contact. The kit supplies both 12-24 and M6 thread-forming screws; choose the set that matches your rack thread pattern.

Thermals noise and power

As a passive copper busbar the unit generates no heat, produces no audible noise and draws no electrical power during normal operation. It simply conducts fault or leakage current to the facility ground system without active components.
