Product Identity

Partners Brand Anti-Static Convoluted Foam Set 12x12x2 Pink PK24 is a protective packaging material designed for shipping delicate electronic components. It suits businesses and individuals who need to cushion static-sensitive items during transit. The pink convoluted foam structure provides a soft, egg-crate surface that cradles irregular shapes.

Critical Specification

Each set contains 24 individual foam pieces measuring 12 inches by 12 inches by 2 inches thick. The anti-static property is the deciding factor for buyers shipping circuit boards, processors or other ESD-sensitive hardware. Without this feature, standard foam can generate damaging static charges during handling.

Installation Notes

The foam sheets require no tools or assembly; users simply place components between layers or line shipping boxes with the pieces. The convoluted peaks interlock naturally to hold items in place. A common issue arises when the 2-inch thickness proves insufficient for heavier items that compress the foam fully, reducing protection.
