Partners Brand Edge Protectors Cased .120 2x2x24

These cased edge protectors measure 2 by 2 by 24 inches with a .120 thickness. They arrive new in a package of 200 pieces. The white finish suits clean-room or retail packaging lines. Shippers and warehouse teams use them to shield pallet edges and box corners during transit.

Sustained load behaviour

The .120 wall resists crushing when stacked pallets settle over long hauls. Cased construction keeps the legs from splaying under constant strap tension. White material shows crush marks early so inspectors can spot compromised sections before shipment leaves the dock. Performance stays consistent across the full 200-count pack.

Installation notes

Each protector slides onto a corner by hand with no tools required. The 24-inch length covers standard pallet heights in one piece. Misalignment occurs if the carton edge is crushed before application; straighten the corner first. No adhesive or fasteners are included or needed.

Questions about this item

Do the 24-inch protectors cover the full height of standard 24-inch pallets without leaving gaps?

Each protector measures 24 inches long, matching a 24-inch pallet height so the full vertical edge is covered.

What pallet dimensions are required for the 2-by-2-inch leg profile to fit correctly?

The protectors have a 2-inch by 2-inch leg size, so pallet edges must be at least 2 inches wide and 2 inches deep to seat properly.

Will the .120-inch thickness hold up against heavier strapping tension on older wooden pallets?

At .120 inches thick the cased material resists cracking under typical strapping loads applied to standard wooden pallets.
