File Box for Archive Storage

This file box measures 24 by 15 by 10-1/2 inches and is built from 250# single-wall corrugated material. It arrives in a pack of 12 units. The white finish provides a clean appearance for office or warehouse environments.

Replaces Damaged or Undersized Cartons

It upgrades from lighter boxes that crush under stacked loads or tear at the seams. The jump is worth it when records must stay intact through frequent handling or long-term pallet storage.

Sustained Stacking Performance

The 250# corrugated construction resists bowing when multiple boxes are stacked over extended periods. Contents remain supported without the bottom panel collapsing. The rigid walls maintain internal dimensions so lids continue to fit after months of static load.

Questions about this item

What shelf depth clears the 24-inch length of the FSB680 box?

Allow at least 24 inches of clear shelf depth so the 24-inch long box sits fully supported without overhang.

How do you assemble the flat-packed FSB680 boxes, and which fold is most often missed?

Fold the bottom flaps inward, lock the four corner tabs, then fold the lid flaps — the corner tabs are the step most often skipped.

When should a 250# single-wall FSB680 box be replaced?

Replace any box that shows crushed corners, torn corners, moisture stains or a bowed bottom that no longer holds files square.
