Deluxe Literature Mailer 12x12x4

The Partners Brand MFL12124K Deluxe Literature Mailer is a rigid Kraft container sized 12 by 12 by 4 inches. It is designed for businesses that ship flat items such as catalogues, artwork or documents. Each pack contains 50 mailers ready for high-volume dispatch.

Simple fold-and-seal assembly

The mailers arrive flat and fold into shape without tools or tape if the integrated adhesive strip is used. Common issues include creasing the sidewalls when folding too quickly and failing to press the seal firmly, which can cause the flap to open during transit.

Holds shape under stacked loads

The rigid Kraft construction resists crushing when pallets are stacked in a warehouse or delivery vehicle. Contents stay flat during multi-day shipping cycles rather than only surviving a single drop test. The 50-count pack supports repeated bulk shipping without reordering.

Questions about this item

How can I confirm the 12 x 12 x 4 in mailers fit my catalogues after assembly?

Fold one mailer, place a catalogue inside, and check that the 4 in depth closes flat without bulging or tearing the Kraft corners.

What does the pack of 50 contain and what must I supply myself?

The box holds fifty flat Kraft mailers; you will need your own packing tape or seals to close each one after loading.

Should I choose the 12124 size or a different variant for 12 x 12 in documents?

Select the 12124 model when your documents measure 12 x 12 in and require up to 4 in of thickness; other sizes suit different dimensions.
