11 x 15 inch flat poly bags

These clear flat poly bags measure 11 inches by 15 inches with a 4 mil thickness. They are supplied in a pack of 1000 for high-volume shipping and mailing operations. The bags suit businesses packing flat items such as documents, clothing or lightweight components.

California Proposition 65 chemical notice

This product contains a chemical known to the State of California to cause cancer and birth defects or other reproductive harm. The warning applies to the bag material itself under Proposition 65 regulations. No thermal, noise or power-draw characteristics are relevant for this passive packaging supply.

High-count pack for fulfilment workflows

A single 1000-count package reduces reorder frequency for busy mailrooms and e-commerce fulfilment stations. The flat format stacks neatly on shelves or packing benches without specialised dispensers. Buyers needing resealable closures, bubble lining or smaller quantities should consider alternative bag styles.

Questions about this item

How do I load these 11x15 flat poly bags onto a bag sealer without jamming?

Separate the clear 4 mil bags fully before feeding; static makes them cling together, so fan the 1000-count stack and align the open edge squarely with the sealer jaws.

When will the 4 mil material start to split or cloud under repeated packing?

The 4 mil thickness resists punctures until sharp corners or heavy items exceed its tear strength; replace bags once you see stress whitening along the 11-inch or 15-inch edges.

At what fill weight do the 11x15 bags lose their seal integrity during transit?

Seals hold for typical light-to-medium contents; overloading past the bag’s burst point causes the 4 mil film to stretch and the heat seal to peel open.
