Partners Brand PB1258 Flat Poly Bags

Partners Brand PB1258 Flat Poly Bags are clear shipping bags sized 18 by 42 inches with a 4 mil thickness. Each pack contains 200 bags for high-volume mailing operations. They suit warehouses, fulfilment centres and businesses that ship large, lightweight items in bulk.

Upgrade from thinner or smaller mailers

Thinner bags tear under stress and smaller sizes limit what fits inside. The 4 mil gauge resists punctures better than 2 mil alternatives while the 18 by 42 inch dimensions accommodate oversized products. The jump is worth it when breakage rates rise or when current mailers cannot hold the load.

Capacity for bulky shipments

Two hundred bags support extended shipping runs without frequent reordering. The generous length handles rolled textiles, folded bedding or long hardware pieces. Headroom disappears with heavy, sharp-edged goods that exceed the 4 mil puncture resistance or when items need rigid protection instead of flexible film.

Questions about this item

Will the 18 x 42 inch bags fit on a standard bag rack?

The bags measure 18 inches wide by 42 inches long, so they fit racks or dispensers sized for that width and length.

How do I seal the 4 mil poly bags without a heat sealer?

Use a twist tie, zip tie, adhesive tape or an impulse sealer; the 4 mil thickness holds a firm seal with any of those methods.

When should I replace a bag that has been reused for shipping?

Replace it once the clear film shows tears, punctures or stretched seams that could let contents shift or escape.
