Shipping poly bags for high-volume mailrooms

Partners Brand PB1562 poly bags ship flat items in bulk. The clear 2 mil film shows contents at a glance. Each pack contains 1000 bags for continuous dispatch operations.

Upgrade from smaller packs or thinner film

Switching from 100-count boxes cuts reorder frequency and reduces per-unit cost. The 20-inch length accommodates long documents or rolled prints that shorter bags cannot hold.

Fits packing stations with roll dispensers

Bags load on standard wicket dispensers for one-hand packing. Clear material works with barcode scanners and visual checks. Flat storage frees shelf space compared to pre-formed mailers.

Questions about this item

Will the 6" x 4" x 20" bag fit on my standard bag sealer or dispenser?

The bags measure six inches wide, four inches deep and twenty inches long, so they suit sealers and dispensers built for that width and depth.

How do I load the 1000-count pack so the bags dispense one at a time without jamming?

Fan the stack before loading, align the perforated edge with the dispenser rollers, and avoid overfilling the tray — the most common jam comes from skipping the fanning step.

When should I replace the roll once the 1000 bags are used, and is there a visible indicator?

There is no built-in indicator; replace the pack when the last bag feeds through or when the remaining stack becomes too thin to feed reliably.
