Reclosable Poly Bags for Bulk Shipping

These transparent polyethylene bags measure twelve inches by nine inches with a two mil thickness and come in a pack of one thousand. The reclosable seal lets you open and reseal each bag repeatedly without tape or heat equipment. They suit operations that need fast, repeatable packing for small parts, hardware or documents.

Fits Standard Packing Workflows

The flat dimensions slide into common corrugated cartons or padded mailers, keeping contents visible for quick identification. Because the seal is reusable, pick-and-pack stations can open bags for quality checks and close them again without wasting material. No special dispensers or sealing machines are required.

Capacity for High-Volume Runs

One thousand bags support extended fulfilment cycles before reordering, reducing downtime in busy mailrooms. The two mil film handles lightweight items such as fasteners, cables or printed matter, but it is not rated for heavy or sharp-edged loads that could puncture the material.

Questions about this item

What maximum item size fits inside the 12-inch by 9-inch reclosable bag?

The bag measures 12 inches long by 9 inches wide, so contents must be smaller than those internal dimensions to close properly.

How much heat can the 2-mil polyethylene withstand during all-day packing?

Standard 2-mil polyethylene softens well above typical warehouse temperatures, so normal indoor packing operations will not affect the bag.

What closure mechanism does the PZ140 bag use so I know no extra tools are needed?

The bag has a built-in reclosable zipper track; press the lips together to seal and pull apart to open — no heat sealer, tape or ties required.
