12-Pocket Accordion Organizer

This expanding file folder holds letter and A4 documents across twelve labelled pockets. It is designed for students, home-office users and anyone managing monthly bills, tax paperwork or school records. The black polypropylene shell is waterproof and tear-resistant for daily transport.

Capacity and headroom

Each pocket expands so the unit can hold over 3000 sheets in total while the closed bottom keeps pages from slipping out. With twelve sections you can sort by month or category, but the single-compartment width means very thick binders or bulky catalogues will not fit.

Build fit and freedom

The rigid panels let the folder stand upright on a desk for one-handed access and a rear lock hole secures the cover open or closed. Multi-coloured tabs give instant visual indexing without extra labels. Buyers needing legal-size storage or a rigid ring-binder mechanism should look elsewhere.

Questions about this item

Will the 13.2 x 9.4 inch footprint sit steadily on a desk beside a monitor stand?

Extra-thick panels let the folder stand upright without tipping so it stays stable next to a monitor stand.

How do I know the smart lock hole is engaged correctly?

The rear hole locks the cover to the back; when engaged the lid stays open for one-hand access and snaps shut for transport.

Does the pack include the 12 multi-coloured tabs or must they be purchased separately?

The 2-count pack comes with 12 expandable pockets and multi-coloured monthly tabs already attached; nothing extra is needed.
