12-Pocket Expandable File Organizer

This Pendaflex accordion folder delivers 12 labelled pockets for monthly document sorting. The expandable design stretches to 14 inches and holds up to 3000 sheets of Letter or A4 paper. A closed bottom keeps every page secure inside its slot. It suits home, office or school archiving needs.

Fits Desk Storage With Jan-Dec Tabs

The organiser sits flat on a desktop and expands only when you add files, freeing drawer space when collapsed. Large January-to-December tabs and coloured inner pages let you locate a month instantly. A rear hole locks the lid open for frequent access without repeated unfastening. Top-end 700D polyester and polypropylene construction resists daily handling.

Holds Full Annual Load Without Bulging

Under sustained use the folder expands to its full 14-inch depth while the reinforced gussets keep pockets aligned. The opaque black matt finish shields contents from light exposure during long-term storage. When the year ends the unit collapses flat to 0.79 inches thick for shelf archiving. The material stays rigid even at maximum capacity.

Questions about this item

How many sheets can the 14-inch expansion hold before it stops stretching?

The accordion expands to 14 inches and is rated for up to 3,000 sheets of paper.

Does the 700D polyester and polypropylene construction trap heat or moisture during all-day desk use?

The material is waterproof and the open-top design lets air circulate, so heat and moisture do not build up.

Are the Jan-Dec tabs and elastic closure built in, or do I need to supply my own labels and fasteners?

Large January-through-December tabs and color inner pages are included, and a small hole on the back locks the lid without extra parts.
