Compact 12-pocket accordion organiser

The Pendaflex expanding file folder holds letter and A4 documents in twelve colour-coded pockets. It is designed for students, home-office users and small-business owners who need portable, category-based filing without a cabinet.

Waterproof polypropylene construction

Made from thick, acid-free virgin PP, the folder resists tearing and moisture while protecting papers for long-term storage. The closed-bottom design keeps sheets secure when the organiser is carried or stood upright on a desk.

Lock-hole lid converts to open access

A rear hole lets the cover lock to the back, switching instantly between lidded transport and lid-free desktop use. The unit expands to fourteen pockets and holds over three thousand sheets, freeing drawer space for other supplies.

Questions about this item

How do I use the rear lock hole to keep the cover open?

Slip the elastic cord through the hole and hook it over the back panel to hold the lid flat while you file with one hand.

What part of the folder will wear out first with daily handling?

The elastic cord that locks the cover is the most likely component to stretch or snap over time.

How many sheets can I add before the 1.18 in spine stops expanding?

The polypropylene body stretches to 14 in and holds over 3000 sheets before the spine reaches its limit.
