13-Pocket Accordion Organizer

This expanding file folder holds up to 350 sheets across 13 individual pockets sized for letter documents. Made from acid-free, PVC-free polypropylene, it protects papers from moisture and deformation. The multicolored interior tabs and included labels help users locate sections quickly. It suits students, office workers and travellers who need portable document sorting.

Material and closure performance

The polypropylene construction is waterproof and resists tearing during daily handling. An elastic string and button closure keeps the folder securely shut without snagging. The material adds minimal bulk while maintaining rigidity when fully loaded. No power, cooling or noise considerations apply to this passive organiser.

Build integration and storage

The folder measures 12.99 x 9.45 x 1.7 inches, fitting standard letter pages and sliding into backpacks, briefcases or desk drawers. Its top-tab layout allows upright filing in cabinets or flat stacking on shelves. Buyers needing legal-size capacity or ring-binder compatibility should consider other formats.

Questions about this item

How do I set up the 13-pocket accordion file and what step do people often miss?

Open the folder, press the elastic button closure to unlock, then insert letter-size papers into each of the 13 coloured pockets; the step many skip is labelling the small coloured tabs before loading documents.

What part of the 13-pocket organiser will need replacement first?

The elastic string and button fastener can lose tension after repeated opening and closing; the polypropylene cover and acid-free paper pockets are archival quality and do not require routine replacement.

How many sheets can the 13-pocket folder hold before it bulges or the closure strains?

The manufacturer rates the folder at a maximum of 350 sheets of letter-size paper across all 13 pockets; exceeding this will stress the elastic buckle and prevent a secure close.
