13-Pocket Letter-Size Organizer

This expanding file folder holds 13 individual pockets sized for 8.5 x 11 inch documents. It is made from tear-resistant, waterproof polypropylene with reinforced side seams. An elastic cord loop closure keeps contents secure during transport. The design suits home, school, or office filing needs.

Replaces Single-Pocket Wallets

A standard wallet folder offers only one compartment, forcing loose stacking of unrelated papers. This organizer adds 12 extra pockets so bills, receipts, manuals, and coursework stay separated. The upgrade is worth it when daily paperwork volume exceeds what a single pocket can cleanly hold.

Fits A4 and Letter Pages

The folder accepts both A4 and US Letter sheets without folding or trimming. Pre-printed A-Z and monthly tabs plus blank labels let you label each pocket for quick retrieval. A rear mesh pocket stores pens, cards, and sticky notes, freeing desk space otherwise used for a separate caddy.

Questions about this item

Will this 13-pocket expanding folder fit inside a standard letter-size tray?

The folder measures 8.5 by 11 inches and expands to hold 13 pockets, so it matches a letter-size tray footprint but will be thicker when full.

How do I attach the pre-printed tabs without covering the pocket openings?

Slide each tab into the clear slot on the pocket flap; the A-Z and monthly tabs are sized to sit flush without blocking the expanding gusset.

When should I replace the elastic cord closure?

Replace the cord when it no longer snaps the button securely or shows fraying, typically after heavy daily use over several months.
