Students and office workers

The folders suit anyone who wants to colour-code subjects, projects or clients using the five pastel shades supplied. Buyers who need more than two pockets per folder or a different sheet capacity should look at alternative designs.

500-sheet total capacity

Each folder holds up to 500 sheets of letter-size paper across its two pockets, giving a combined capacity of 500 sheets per folder. This figure determines whether the pack can handle your filing volume.

Questions about this item

Will the 9.45 by 11.7 inch folders fit inside my existing letter-size filing cabinet?

Yes, the folders match standard letter dimensions so they slide into any letter-size drawer or shelf you already use.

How can I confirm the 2-pocket layout is holding my documents securely after I load them?

Each pocket grips up to 500 sheets; if the folder lies flat and the business-card slot stays accessible, the pockets are working as designed.

Does the 5-pack include any tab inserts or labels, or do I need to buy them separately?

The box contains only the five coloured polypropylene folders; tab inserts or adhesive labels are not included and must be purchased separately.
