Portable 7-Pocket Accordion Folder

This plum accordion folder holds up to 425 letter or A4 sheets across seven expanding pockets. It includes 48 pre-printed and blank tab inserts plus an index card for custom labelling. A fabric trim and elastic cord closure keep contents secure during transport. The lightweight polypropylene construction protects documents from everyday wear.

Check Sheet Size and Volume Needs

Verify that your documents are standard letter or A4 format before ordering. Confirm that 425 sheets across seven pockets provides enough capacity for your filing system. The unit is sold as a single folder, so ensure one organiser covers your current project or subject load. No mounting hardware or binder compatibility is required.

Replaces Loose Stacks and Single-Pocket Wallets

This folder replaces loose paper stacks, basic wallets or binders that lack divided sections. The jump is worth it when you need quick subject separation with labelled tabs and a secure closure for mobile use. It is not suited for archival storage of legal-size documents, high-volume lever-arch filing, or fireproof protection needs.

Questions about this item

What comes inside the box and do I need to buy anything extra to start filing?

The pack contains two plum accordion folders, each with seven expanding pockets, 48 pre-printed and blank tab inserts, one index card and two clear card-holder pockets; no extra purchases are required.

Should I choose the 425-sheet version or a smaller capacity for letter and A4 paper?

Each folder holds up to 425 sheets of letter or A4 paper, so this capacity suits heavy daily filing; a smaller model would only be needed if you regularly carry fewer pages.

How does the 425-sheet capacity translate to everyday use in a backpack or desk drawer?

The lightweight polypropylene body with fabric trim and elastic cord closure keeps up to 425 sheets secure while staying slim enough for a backpack or drawer.
