Compact accordion file with eight pockets

The Pendaflex accordion file organiser measures 13 x 10 x .7 inches and fits both Letter and A4 sheets without folding. Made from polypropylene, it is lightweight, water-resistant and easy to wipe clean. A secure snap closure keeps documents from slipping out during daily transport. The slim profile slides into backpacks, tote bags or briefcases.

Seven colour-coded tabs and a snap lid

Seven pastel divider tabs let you separate tax files, receipts, school papers or medical records by category for quick retrieval. The expandable pockets grow as you add more sheets while the protective lid snaps shut to keep everything contained. No extra accessories or software are included with the folder.

Suited for students and home office users

This organiser works well for anyone who carries a moderate amount of paperwork between school, home or appointments. Buyers who need to store bulky binders, large-format drawings or high volumes of archival files should look at something else. The single-unit pack also limits its usefulness for team-wide filing systems.

Questions about this item

Will the polypropylene material need any special cleaning or replacement over time?

The folder is made from water-resistant polypropylene that can be wiped clean with a damp cloth, and the material does not require any scheduled replacement.

What limits how many documents the 8-pocket organiser can hold when used daily?

The expansion is constrained by the 0.7-inch depth, so the total capacity is reached once the combined thickness of the stored papers fills that space.

Does the folder generate any noise or heat when carried all day?

The polypropylene construction has no moving parts or electronics, so it produces no noise or heat during extended daily use.
