Pendaflex 8-Pocket Expanding File

The Pendaflex expanding file folder offers eight pockets to separate documents by category. It suits students, office workers and home users who need a single, portable organiser for A4 or letter-size papers. The snap closure keeps contents secure while the folder travels in a backpack or briefcase.

Capacity: 8 pockets, 100 to 200 sheets

Each pocket holds roughly 100 sheets, and the whole folder accommodates up to 200 sheets before it becomes bulky. Beyond that point the snap strains and the polypropylene cover can bow, so heavier archives need a larger system.

Fits backpacks, drawers and cabinets

At 12.8 by 9.8 inches the folder slides into most laptop bags, desk drawers or vertical file cabinets without forcing. The slim 0.6-inch profile frees shelf space compared with ring binders, while the included label stickers let you identify pockets instantly.

Questions about this item

Will this A4 folder sit flat next to my 13-inch ring binder on the same shelf?

The folder measures 12.8 x 9.8 x 0.7 inches so it aligns with a 13-inch binder depth and adds only about seven-tenths of an inch in thickness.

How can I confirm the snap closure is holding all eight pockets securely?

Load each pocket up to the 100-sheet rating, press the snap shut, then lift the folder by the closure — papers should stay in place without gaps.

Are the sticker labels and any dividers included, or must I buy them separately?

The pack includes sticker labels for the eight pockets; no separate dividers or inserts are required.
