High-volume letter filing

This pack supplies 120 letter-size folders with 1/3-cut tabs and matching white labels. The dark-blue colour coding helps separate projects or departments at a glance. Heavyweight paper stock resists daily handling in offices, classrooms or home workspaces.

Lightweight paper construction

Folders add minimal bulk to drawers or cabinets and operate silently. Polypropylene finish resists moisture and smudges during normal filing tasks. Each folder expands at the bottom to accommodate up to 120 sheets without forcing the tab.

Sustained heavy loading

Three expansion scores allow the gusset to open fully when the folder reaches its 120-sheet limit. Tabs stay legible and labels remain adhered even when the drawer is packed tight. Not suited for binders or ring mechanisms that require punched holes.

Questions about this item

How do I install the 1/3 cut tabs on these Pendaflex folders, and what step do people often miss?

Insert the 1/3 cut tab into the folder's top slot and write on the included white label with pencil or erasable pen before filing; the step people miss is labeling first, then inserting the tab.

What maintenance or replacement will these 120 dark blue folders need later?

The heavyweight paper stock resists daily wear, but tabs can tear if overstuffed beyond the 120-sheet expansion limit; replace individual folders when tabs fray or the three expansion sublines lose rigidity.

What limit shows up first when I keep adding pages to a single folder?

The three expansion sublines at the bottom reach capacity at 120 sheets of letter-size paper; beyond that the folder bulges and won't sit flat in a filing cabinet.
