25-Count Pastel Hanging Folders

This set contains 25 letter-size hanging folders in five pastel colours. Each folder uses a 1/5-cut tab system and includes blank label inserts for custom indexing. Reinforced metal hangers are fitted to resist bending during daily filing tasks.

Capacity and Tab Constraints

Every folder holds up to 110 sheets with no built-in expansion. The 1/5-cut tabs provide five tab positions per folder, limiting the number of visible labels across a drawer. Heavier loads may exceed the single-ply paper body despite the metal hangers.

Installation Notes

Hooks slide onto standard hanging rails; the metal hangers keep folders aligned without tools. Misaligned tabs can catch on adjacent folders, so insert all labels before loading the drawer. The paper body tears if forced past the rail stops.

Questions about this item

Should I pick the 25-count pack or a larger pack like 75 or 100?

The 25-count pack suits smaller filing projects or home offices, while 75- and 100-count packs are better for high-volume cabinets or shared departmental storage.

How much paper can each folder actually hold in a cabinet?

Each folder is rated for up to 110 sheets and includes a scored bottom that lets you expand it by roughly 1 inch for bulkier files.

What does the 1/5-cut tab design mean for labelling?

It provides five tab positions across the folder width so you can stagger labels on adjacent folders, and the pack includes two sheets of blank inserts for custom titles.
