Orange two-ply reinforced file folder

The Pendaflex R152ORA is a letter-size file folder built with two-ply reinforced construction for daily office use. Each box contains 100 orange folders designed for straight-cut, top-tab filing. The 25 pt pressboard covers are acrylic-coated to resist moisture and wear. This product suits clerks and administrators who need durable, high-volume filing supplies.

Suits high-traffic filing; not for compact storage

These folders feature embossed 2-inch capacity fasteners embedded in the covers and 17 pt Kraft dividers with two-way 1-inch fasteners for secure document holding. Color-matched reinforced rip-proof tape gussets allow long-wearing expansion for bulky files. Buyers who need space-saving wallets, pocket folders, or non-expanding jackets should look at a different product type.

100 folders per box decides the purchase

The selling unit is a single box of 100 folders, making this the right choice for departments that replenish supplies in bulk. Acid-free materials protect documents from deterioration over time. The 2/5 cut top tabs in the right-of-center position support quick in-line filing workflows. Confirm the box quantity matches your storage capacity and reorder cycle.

Questions about this item

How do I fasten papers into the 2-inch capacity fasteners embedded in the covers without tearing the 25 pt. pressboard?

Align the holes with the embedded prongs, press the prongs through the paper stack, then fold the prongs flat against the divider; the acrylic coating on the pressboard resists moisture and prevents the cover from splitting when the prongs are bent.

Which part of the folder will need replacement first if I expand it daily to the full 2-inch capacity?

The color-matched reinforced rip-proof tape gussets handle the repeated expansion stress; they are designed for long-wearing use, so the 17 pt. Kraft dividers with their own 1-inch fasteners are more likely to wear before the gussets fail.

At what point does the 17 pt. Kraft divider become the limiting factor during sustained heavy filing?

The divider fasteners hold only 1 inch of material, so once you exceed that thickness the divider bows and the two-way fasteners can no longer keep papers aligned, making the divider the first limit under sustained heavy use.
