Smart Classification Folder

This Pendaflex SER-1-GR vertical personnel folder organizes employee records in a single expandable unit. The green 20 pt PressGuard cover resists moisture and smudges while the Tyvek tape gusset allows the file to grow as documents accumulate. Acid-free materials protect contents from deterioration over time. Five Mylar reinforced dividers create dedicated sections for applications, compensation, reviews, training and miscellaneous history.

HR Teams Needing Structured Files

The pre-printed dividers suit HR departments that follow a standard personnel-file format and want immediate organization without custom labeling. Offices requiring a different category set or a folder without built-in dividers should look at a plain folder with separate tab inserts. The 1/3 cut middle tab works for alphabetical drawer systems but not for end-tab or straight-line filing configurations.

Letter-Size Drawer Integration

Designed for vertical letter-size filing cabinets, the folder slides into existing rails and expands within the drawer space. The reinforced gusset frees you from replacing folders as employee files thicken. Acid-free stock keeps long-term records safe without additional protective sleeves. The 1/3 cut top tab aligns with standard alphabetical guides already in place.
