What the product is

This pack contains ten wallet folders made from translucent polypropylene plastic. Each folder measures 13.25 x 9.25 inches and fits US Letter or A4 sheets. The folders come in five assorted transparent colours, two per colour, and each holds at least 200 sheets of paper.

How it fits into a filing system

The hook-and-loop closure keeps contents secure while allowing quick access without removing the folder from a shelf or bag. Sealed sides prevent papers from slipping out during transport. The see-through material lets you identify documents at a glance, and the external label pocket adds a second way to categorise contents without opening the folder.

Behaviour under daily use

The thickened PP material resists tearing and repels water, protecting paperwork from spills and humidity over repeated handling. The closure mechanism stays reliable after many open-and-close cycles. Because the folders are lightweight and flexible, they withstand being packed into backpacks, briefcases or desk drawers without cracking or deforming.

Questions about this item

How many sheets can each folder hold before the closure strains?

Each wallet folder holds no less than 200 sheets of paper, so the hook-and-loop closure is tested at that capacity.

Do the polypropylene folders stay cool and quiet during all-day desk use?

The folders are passive plastic envelopes with no electronics, so they generate no heat and make no noise during extended use.

What existing filing system do I need for these 13.25 x 9.25 inch wallets to fit?

They are sized for US Letter and A4 documents and fit standard letter-size drawers, shelves or ring binders.
