Connects 12 mm hard tubing at a 45-degree angle using CNC-machined brass fittings with Viton seals
The Phanteks Glacier Fitting is a 12mm hard-tube adapter with a 45-degree angle for custom water-cooling loops. It suits builders assembling a rigid-tube system who need a precise directional change without adding extra bends.
It replaces improvised angled joints or softer tubing sections that can restrict flow or leak over time. The jump is worth it when a clean 45-degree turn is required between components and standard straight fittings cannot achieve the routing.
CNC-machined solid brass construction and VITON seals from automotive and aerospace specifications maintain sealing integrity and flow rates during continuous pump operation. The high-flow internal geometry resists pressure drop across extended gaming or rendering sessions.

The adapter is made for 12 mm outside-diameter hard tubing and uses a compression ring to grip the tube wall.
Chamfer the tube end, slide the compression nut and ring on, push the tube fully into the fitting until it bottoms out, then hand-tighten the nut before a final quarter-turn with a wrench.
Inspect the seals during each loop drain; replace them if they show flattening, cracking or loss of elasticity, typically after several years of continuous use.
