Splits one 4-pin PWM fan header into two PWM connectors with a 10 cm sleeved black cable
This Phobya Y-cable divides one motherboard 4-pin PWM header into two identical 4-pin PWM connectors. It lets two fans share a single speed-control signal while each draws power from the same rail. The 10 cm length keeps routing tidy inside small-form-factor cases or crowded water-cooling loops. Builders who need more than two fans from one header will need a powered hub instead.
The black sleeved jacket protects the wires from abrasion and helps airflow pass cleanly around the loom. Because the split is passive, the motherboard still governs the PWM curve and reports a single combined RPM reading. No extra power draw is introduced beyond the fans themselves, so thermals and acoustic profile stay exactly as the board’s fan curve dictates.
Swapping a loose daisy-chain cable for this sleeved 10 cm Y eliminates cable clutter that can block intake paths. The fixed 10 cm reach suits builds where the header sits close to the fan pair, but it will not span a full-tower chassis from top to bottom. If your layout demands longer legs or three-plus fans, look for a longer harness or an active hub.

Plug the single 4-pin PWM end into the motherboard header, then attach each fan to the two 4-pin PWM branches; only the first branch passes the tachometer signal back to the board.
No scheduled maintenance is needed; simply inspect the sleeving and connectors during routine cleaning and reseat them if any pin feels loose.
The motherboard header's current rating becomes the limiting factor; most headers supply 1 A, so combined fan draw should stay below that threshold.
