6U Wall-Mount Cabinet for Network Gear

The PISKEKAT enclosure provides 6U of rack space in a 21.65" by 17.72" by 14.06" footprint. It is designed for small offices or home labs that need secure, organised housing for patch panels, switches and shallow servers. The welded steel frame supports up to 110 lbs of equipment.

16-Inch Stud Spacing and 14.6-Inch Depth Limit

Mounting holes are spaced 16 inches centre-to-centre to align with standard wall framing. Fully adjustable square-hole rails offer 14.6 inches (370 mm) of usable front-to-back depth, so deeper chassis or full-length servers will not fit. The single included fan provides basic airflow only.

Welded Frame With Removable Cable Panels

A sturdy welded structure keeps the cabinet rigid once assembled on the wall. Removable top and bottom panels simplify cable routing during installation and later changes. The perforated front door aids ventilation while keeping dust out. Assembly is required before mounting.

Questions about this item

How do I pick the right wall-mount cabinet if I need a 6U unit that fits between standard studs?

This 6U cabinet has mounting holes spaced 16 inches centre-to-centre, matching typical stud spacing, and measures 21.65 inches wide by 17.72 inches deep by 14.06 inches high.

What does the 14.6-inch usable depth mean once the rack is on the wall?

You get 14.6 inches (370 mm) of clear space between the front and rear adjustable rails for mounting equipment such as servers, switches or patch panels.

How does the single included fan affect thermal limits in a closed cabinet?

One premium quiet fan provides active airflow; the perforated door and removable top and bottom panels add passive ventilation, supporting the 110 lb weight capacity without overheating.
