Purpose and Audience

These 700MB CD-R discs suit anyone creating music CDs or archiving files that fit within 80 minutes of audio or 700MB of data per disc. The white glossy surface accepts inkjet printing for custom labels, and the 52X maximum write speed keeps each burn to about 1.5 minutes. The spindle pack contains 50 discs for batch projects.

Thermals Noise and Power

Optical media generate no heat, draw no power and produce no audible noise during storage or playback. Recording speed depends entirely on the host drive and its firmware, not on the discs themselves.

Bundled Extras

The pack includes only the 50 printable discs in a protective spindle; no software, cases or additional accessories are supplied. Buyers needing jewel cases, labelling software or a compatible inkjet printer must source those separately.

Questions about this item

How do I print on the glossy white inkjet printable surface of these CD-R discs?

Insert a disc printable-side up into any compatible inkjet disc printer, select the CD/DVD media setting in the driver, and print your design; allow the ink to dry fully before handling or recording.

Will the water-resistant coating wear off and need reapplication over time?

The Liquid Defense Plus coating is permanent and integrated into the disc surface; it does not wear off or require reapplication, though discs should still be stored in cases to avoid deep scratches.

At 52X maximum speed, how long does it take to fill a full 700MB disc?

Recording a full 700MB disc at 52X takes approximately 1.5 minutes under optimal drive and media conditions.
