Designed for 15 RT series

The Posiflex RA10101000 is a magnetic stripe reader built to attach directly to the 15-inch RT series point-of-sale terminals. It reads three-track cards for standard payment processing and connects via USB. The unit is intended for retailers and hospitality operators who need integrated card acceptance on their existing RT hardware.

Sustained transaction processing

The reader handles consecutive card swipes during busy service periods without requiring a cool-down pause. Its USB interface maintains a steady data link to the host terminal so that authorisation requests flow continuously. The encryption-capable design protects track data throughout each transaction sequence.

Low-profile operation

The attachment draws power from the USB port so no separate power supply is needed. It adds minimal bulk to the terminal and operates silently because it has no moving cooling parts. Heat output stays low during normal daily use, keeping the checkout area comfortable for staff and customers.
