Ready-to-play gaming desktop

The PRC X-FORCE Special Edition ships as a complete Windows 10 Home system built around an Intel Core i7-9700 eight-core processor running at 3.0GHz with a 4.70GHz maximum turbo. It pairs 16GB of DDR4 memory and a 1TB SSD with an NVIDIA GeForce RTX 3080 10GB GDDR6 graphics card for high-frame-rate gaming at 1440p and 4K. The 900W 80+ Bronze power supply and included USB keyboard and mouse mean the only extra purchase required is a monitor.

Installation notes and common issues

The tower arrives fully assembled so installation is limited to connecting power, display and peripherals then completing the Windows 10 out-of-box experience. The motherboard uses an LGA 1151 socket which prevents any future processor upgrade beyond the 9th Generation Intel lineup. Wi-Fi uses the 802.11ac standard and Bluetooth 5.0; both rely on the supplied antennas which must be screwed onto the rear I/O panel for reliable signal. Cooling is handled by a single CPU fan rather than liquid cooling so thermal headroom for heavy overclocking is limited.

Sustained-load behaviour

Under extended gaming sessions the 900W Bronze-rated power supply delivers stable current to the RTX 3080 and the eight-core CPU without tripping protection circuits. The stock CPU fan keeps the i7-9700 within its thermal envelope during long compiles or rendering jobs although clock speeds may settle below the 4.70GHz peak once the heatsink saturates. Gigabit Ethernet and 802.11ac Wi-Fi maintain consistent throughput for multiplayer matches and large patch downloads over periods of several hours.
