Add CD playback to 2019-2026 Acura NSX

This Pro Star USB CD player is an external single-disc drive designed specifically for 2019-2026 Acura NSX models that lack a factory CD player. It connects directly to the vehicle's USB port to restore the ability to listen to audio CDs through the car's audio system. The unit is powered entirely by the USB connection and requires no separate power source.

Check USB port availability and mounting space

Before ordering, verify that your Acura NSX has an accessible USB port capable of providing both data and power for the device. The installation cable must reach from the chosen mounting location to that port without strain. Ensure you have a suitable flat surface on the centre console, in the glove box, or elsewhere where the player can sit vertically or horizontally while the cable remains connected.

Printed manual guides the indexing step

The package includes a printed instruction manual that details the plug-and-play setup process. A critical step is allowing approximately two minutes for the inserted CD to finish indexing before use; interrupting this process requires restarting the installation from step one with a different disc. No additional wiring, tools, or software are supplied or required beyond the manual and the USB cable integrated with the player.
