Portable AM/FM Radio with Neck Strap

The Quantamfx R12 YELLOW combines an AM/FM tuner with integrated stereo earphones that hang from a neck strap. A built-in flashlight adds a practical light source. A 3.5 mm earphone jack allows wired listening with the supplied buds or other headphones.

For hands-free listeners and basic lighting

Walkers, commuters and outdoor workers who want radio reception without holding a handset will find the neck-strap format convenient. The flashlight covers simple close-range tasks. Buyers who need digital tuning, presets, weather alerts or Bluetooth streaming should consider other devices.

Analogue AM/FM tuner only

The radio receives analogue AM and FM broadcasts and does not decode digital radio signals. Station selection is manual with no preset memory. If local stations have moved to DAB+ or HD Radio this unit will not receive them.

Questions about this item

What frequency bands does the AM/FM radio receive?

The tuner covers standard AM and FM broadcast bands for local station listening.

How does the neck strap attach to the radio body?

The radio housing includes an integrated loop that threads through the adjustable yellow strap for hands-free wear.

How do I connect the included stereo earphones to the 3.5 mm jack?

Insert the earphone plug fully until it clicks; a partial insert mutes one channel and is the most common setup mistake.
