Brass impact sprinkler for residential lawns

The Rain Bird 25PJDAC is a brass impact sprinkler designed for residential lawn and garden irrigation. Its adjustable deflector flap and diffuser screw let you tune the spray distance and droplet size for even coverage. The head operates on a full-circle or partial-circle pattern to match the shape of the zone.

Check thread size and pressure before installing

Verify that your riser or pipe fitting uses a 1/2 in. male pipe thread connection to match the sprinkler inlet. Confirm your water supply delivers between 25 and 50 psi; pressure outside this range will affect radius and pattern quality. Ensure the mounting location allows the head to rotate freely without obstruction from tall grass or edging.

Brass construction resists corrosion

The solid brass, bronze and stainless steel body withstands outdoor exposure and normal system pressure without deforming. The impact drive mechanism produces a distinct clicking sound during operation, which is typical for this type of head. At 25 to 50 psi the adjustable radius reaches 20 to 41 ft, and the diffuser screw reduces misting to keep water on target.
