15 Gallon Battery Sprayer for Large-Area Work

This wheeled cart sprayer holds 15 gallons and runs on a 12V 12Ah lead-acid battery, removing the need for manual pumping. It delivers adjustable pressure up to 90 PSI with a maximum flow rate of 4.1 L/min, suited for extended weeding and spraying tasks across gardens or fields.

Suited for Users Needing High Volume and Mobility

The large tank and wheeled frame suit operators covering wide areas who want continuous spray without frequent refills or hand fatigue. It is less suitable for buyers who need a compact backpack unit for tight spaces or a smaller tank for quick spot treatments.

Consistent Output Over Multi-Hour Sessions

The lead-acid battery supports 5 to 6 hours of continuous operation per charge, maintaining steady pressure through the adjustable knob. The HDPE 5002 tank resists corrosion, while the metal wand extends from 21.5 to 39.4 inches and the plastic wand handles corrosive liquids during long work periods.

Questions about this item

Does the sprayer arrive fully assembled or must I attach the wheels and wand myself?

The unit ships as a complete cart sprayer with the 12 V 12 Ah lead-acid battery installed; attach the two wands and choose one of the eight nozzles to begin spraying.

Can I run the sprayer from a tractor 12 V outlet instead of the onboard battery?

The pump is designed for the supplied 12 V 12 Ah lead-acid battery and its dedicated charger; no alternative power input is described.

How do I confirm the pump is delivering the rated 4.1 L/min at 90 PSI after setup?

Fill the 60 L tank, set the pressure knob to 90 PSI, engage the trigger and verify a steady, even spray pattern from the selected nozzle.
