Questions about this item

What wall space is needed to mount the 17.2x13.2x3.4cm unit?

The device measures 17.2cm wide, 13.2cm high and 3.4cm deep, so allow at least that footprint plus clearance for cables and the bracket supplied in the box.

How is the bracket secured and what step is often missed?

Fasten the four included screws through the bracket into the wall, then slide the unit onto the bracket; the step often missed is verifying the unit clicks firmly into place before wiring power and network.

When will the internal backup battery need replacement?

The internal backup battery typically lasts several years; replace it when the device loses date and time settings after a power cut.
