Two 4K PoE cameras with 125° view, colour night vision, smart detection and two-way audio
This kit includes two Reolink RLC-840A cameras that capture 4K Ultra HD video at 3840 x 2160 resolution. Each camera uses a 2.8 mm lens with a 125° super-wide field of view and connects through a single RJ45 PoE cable for power and data. Built-in microSD slots accept cards up to 256 GB and ONVIF support enables integration with compatible NVRs or software. The metal housing carries IP67 weatherproofing and IK10 vandal resistance for outdoor durability.
Homeowners and small businesses wanting colour night vision, two-way audio and person, vehicle and animal detection without subscription fees will benefit from the 3000 K spotlight and smart detection that reduces false alerts. Buyers who need remote pan or tilt control should look elsewhere because these cameras have a fixed optical zoom lens with no PTZ function. Installations without existing PoE infrastructure will also require a separate PoE switch or injector since no DC adapter is included.
When connected to a Reolink NVR the cameras stream continuously at up to 25 fps on the main stream and support up to 12 simultaneous viewing devices across two main streams and ten substreams. The IP67 and IK10 rated enclosure maintains reliable operation through temperature extremes and physical impact during long-term outdoor deployment. Colour night vision remains active as long as the warm spotlight operates, while microSD cards provide local redundancy if the network recorder becomes unavailable.

Yes, each camera requires Power over Ethernet; a PoE switch or injector must supply both power and data through the single RJ45 cable because no DC adapter is included.
The camera is ONVIF compliant, so it will work with a compatible Reolink NVR for 24/7 recording, though you should verify the recorder’s supported ONVIF version.
Open the live stream in the Reolink app or client; the image should show the full 125° field of view at 3840 x 2160 resolution and 20 fps.
