Ricoh FI-7600 production scanner

The Ricoh FI-7600 is a production-class ADF document scanner built for high-volume capture. It scans duplex colour or monochrome pages at up to 100 ppm with an optical resolution of 600 dpi. Two CCD sensors and four LED arrays handle documents up to 12 x 17 inches. USB 3.1 Gen 1, 3.0, 2.0 and 1.1 interfaces connect to Windows 7 through Windows 10 and supported Server editions.

PaperStream IP and Capture included

Built-in PaperStream IP (TWAIN/ISIS) and PaperStream Capture software automate image cleanup, blank-page removal and index creation during the scan job. Paper Picking Control separates mixed-size batches without pre-sorting, while Paper Protect stops the feed when a staple or jam is detected. The LCD panel on both sides of the unit lets operators change modes without leaving the desk.

Desktop footprint with 300-page ADF

The scanner measures 8.40 x 9.30 x 17.00 inches and weighs 24.00 lbs, so it fits on a deep desk but needs two people to lift safely. A 300-sheet automatic document feeder supports unattended runs; misfeeds usually come from curled edges or staple fragments that Paper Protect cannot sense. Power draw is 64 W operating, 1.7 W in sleep and below 0.35 W in auto standby.
