Ricoh fi-8250 flatbed scanner for offices

The Ricoh fi-8250 is a flatbed scanner built for professional document workflows. It handles high-volume scanning with an automatic document feeder and a flatbed for bound or fragile originals. Small and large organisations can use it for customer onboarding, accounting and mailroom tasks. Its 600 dpi optical resolution captures clear images for archival and processing.

100-page ADF with ultrasonic multi-feed detection

A 100-page automatic document feeder accepts large or mixed stacks for unattended batch scanning. Ultrasonic multi-feed detection ensures every sheet is captured without missing pages. Intelligent paper protection with image monitoring prevents jams during operation. The flatbed scans documents up to 1.4 mm thick, including passports, IDs and embossed cards.

USB 3.2 and wired ethernet connectivity

The scanner connects via USB 3.2 or wired ethernet for flexible integration into existing networks.
