Rubbermaid FG443600BLA 2000 lb platform truck

This platform truck supports loads up to 2000 lb on a solid plastic deck measuring 48 in by 24 in. The steel frame and powder-coated finish suit warehouse and yard transport tasks. It is built for workers moving heavy, bulky items across flat surfaces.

Removable raised handle and ribbed deck surface

The handle can be removed to change the truck configuration for tight spaces or storage. A ribbed deck texture helps keep loads from sliding during movement. No side panels are fitted, allowing loading from any side.

Simple assembly with bolt-on casters and handle

The truck arrives in parts requiring basic tools to attach the casters and handle to the frame. Misaligned bolt holes on the steel frame can slow the build. The removable handle must be seated fully to avoid wobble under load.

Questions about this item

Will the removable raised handle on the FG443600BLA need tightening or replacement over time?

The removable raised handle is steel with a powder-coated finish and can be detached for inspection or replacement if the mounting hardware loosens with heavy use.

What load limit appears first when moving 2000 lb across the 48 in by 24 in ribbed plastic deck all day?

The 2000 lb rated capacity is the limiting factor; exceeding it risks deck flex or frame stress before any other component fails.

How much noise and heat does the FG443600BLA generate during continuous pushing on warehouse floors?

The solid plastic deck and steel frame produce only rolling-contact noise from the casters and no measurable heat buildup during all-day operation.
